Hybrid Cleaning Services supervisors will undertake internal written inspections weekly and these are available to clients at any time.
All cleaning audits will be carried out by Lee Georgeson and/or Senior Management of Hybrid Cleaning Services.
All staff have 24-hour access to Hybrid Cleaning Services Managers and their expertise.
Staff Development & Health and Safety
Hybrid Cleaning Management are committed to keeping their staff and clients safe when on the work premises.
All our work sites have a health and safety folder and handbook these contain:
· A copy of our Health and Safety Policy
· Hazard Reporting, register and controls
· Personal Protective Equipment register
· Emergency Planning includes emergency procedures and call out list
· Accident/incident register and report forms
· Communications, minutes from Health and Safety meetings and site inspections
· Task analysis of employee’s duties
In addition to a comprehensive Health and Safety program, we believe in the professional development of our staff. All staff will have annual appraisals and from these we plan our staff development programs for the next year.
Hybrid Cleaning Services uses safe but effective chemicals in the cleaning contracts, where there is a need for stronger chemicals all precautions are taken in the use of personal protective equipment and all staff are trained in the use of these.
